This specialized role involves assisting policyholders with automotive insurance concerns. You will guide customers through the claims process, verify coverage for vehicle repairs, and provide expert advice on policy inclusions.

Salary: 18500 + 2675 + 3K complexity.

Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or SHS Graduate.
• Experience: 1 year of international Voice BPO experience.
• Mandatory: Must possess a valid Drivers License to understand vehicle terminology and road protocols.
• Language: B2 CEF Score (Upper-Intermediate English proficiency).
