A reputable Orange County law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Paralegal for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and general liability cases.


Key Responsibilities

+ Support attorneys throughout all phases of insurance defense litigation

+ Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

+ Coordinate and manage document production, case files, and litigation databases

+ Assist with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and summarizing testimony

+ Review and summarize medical records, billing records, and expert reports

+ Coordinate independent medical examinations (IMEs), expert witnesses, and court reporting services
