Position Overview

            Develop and implement overall sales strategies for insurance products (life, general, health, etc.) in line with business objectives. 
Identify new market opportunities and drive geographic and customer segment expansion. 
Ensure consistent productivity and compliance across all distribution channels. 
Utilize data and market intelligence to support informed decision-making and strategic adjustments. 
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and engagements with key clients and partners. 
Drive initiatives to enhance client onboarding experience, satisfaction, and long-term retention. 
Ensure all sales practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks. 
Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate reputational and financial risks.
