Aon NZ is seeking a Placement Broker to support placement strategies, insurer engagement, market negotiations, analytics insights, and client teams with market intelligence. This role helps drive placement excellence, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes across our New Zealand portfolio.

You will work across NZ, London, Asia and Australia markets in a small, agile team, delivering data-informed recommendations and maintaining key relationships with underwriters and carriers.
