At Redion, we are looking to strengthen our team in Portugal by hiring a Insurance Pricing Analyst who will play a key role in pricing and business analysis, mainly within motor insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pricing quotations for the company's insurance products and services, with a strong focus on motor insurance.
• Present and defend pricing proposals in internal committees, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market conditions.
• Analyse key accounts and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Build, maintain and update statistical databases and pricing models.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Sales and other internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in pricing.
