This position will suit someone who enjoys balancing estimating, project coordination and site-based supervision while delivering quality outcomes for customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate building estimates and scopes of work
• Take ownership of multiple residential repair and reinstatement projects from initial scope through to handover.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project schedules
• Managing project timelines, budgets and quality outcomes
• Conducting site inspections and monitoring work progress
