Job Description

+ Responsible for enrolling Medicare Members telephonically into the Medicare plan and for providing superior telephonic sales service for prospective Medicare members.

+ Educate prospective/current members on Medicare products, benefits, enrollment rules and next steps in a clear and compliant manner.

+ Conduct telephonic sales presentations and enrollments in accordance with CMS requirements, state regulations and internal compliance standards.

+ Assess customer needs, answer questions accurately and recommend appropriate plan options based on eligibility and coverage requirements.

+ Document all member interactions, enrollment activity and follow up actions accurately in departmental systems and required platforms.
