Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans and establish clinical foundations for ongoing care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patients are matched with the right ongoing providers
- Work closely with therapists and healthcare professionals to create coordinated treatment plans
- Provide education and consultation to families regarding diagnoses and treatment options
- Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough, HIPAA‑compliant documentation
