The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new clients seeking home care services. This role is responsible for coordinating the intake and enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Intake Specialist partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to support timely service initiation while delivering a professional and client-centered experience.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the primary contact for new client inquiries, referrals, and service requests


• Collect, review, and verify documentation including Medicaid eligibility, MLTC enrollment, CHHA requirements, physician orders, and identification
