As an Occupational Therapist, you will engage in comprehensive in-home assessments and collaborate with patients and families to create bespoke care plans. Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a key role in evaluating patient progress and implementing adaptive strategies to enhance daily living activities.
