Increase the maturity and capability of ITM across the organization, demonstrating sustained improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost. Responsible to enable and support the implementation of short, medium, and long-term actions to improve safety, quality, operating efficiency, and factory productivity in the entire value chain, enabling customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities

1. Strategy Deployment

Business partner to the Factory Manager and cross-functional Leadership team in developing and operationalizing the Strategy Deployment process and Operations Center approach.

• Facilitates development of breakthrough objectives, action plans, KPI’s (Bowlers) and leads in development of Kaizen roadmap to support the overall deployment.
