Position Overview

            Develop project specific work plans and supervise other team members 
Line manager the freelance staff for the project and the CT resources 
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and suppliers 
Implement and supervise Standard Operating Procedures 
Attend site for inspections, meetings as required 
Attend company and departmental meetings as required 
Deputise for other team members as necessary 
Support the sales team in assessing bids and feasibility of a project 
Manage junior personnel and sub-contractors 
Recommend for and assess performance of a freelance database of additional personnel 
Author and undertake training for company personnel and clients 
Understand and abide by site rules and regulations 
Work as part of a team or independently with general contractors & freelance staff 
Develop AVL drawing packs in AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks for re...
