• The Integration Release Manager (IRM) role has historically required a hybrid skill set.
• While the role focuses on integration, release management, and SDLC coordination, it also requires a strong understanding of networks and infrastructure to plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations.

The IRM is expected to:

• Lead and orchestrate end-to-end integration releases, including network cutovers
• Possess sufficient network/infrastructure knowledge to drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation
• Communicate effectively and manage a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders
• In the past, we have held direct walkthroughs with the hiring manager to ensure DXC had clear visibility into the role's scope and expectations.
