Assembles, installs, and configures comprehensive hardware and software. Uses diagnostics to perform testing on configured or assembled computers and related type products. Troubleshoots problems and perform repairs for the product, work with customer and sales to understand business requirement and perform the basic POC orders, support the production line within the department. Follows ISO process and procedures to perform the technician job.
Responsibilities:
Installs, configures, tests, calibrates, and diagnoses complex computer hardware and software; assembles related equipment following work instructions.
