As an Integration Testing Technician for Field Operations you will be the tactical link between our R D facility and real-world deployment. You will be responsible for the final assembly, pre-flight preparation, and operational support of UAV systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical precision in the workshop and boots‑on‑the‑ground resilience during extended field campaigns. You will often be the face of the company when working alongside external clients and must maintain peak equipment performance in challenging and occasionally hazardous environments.

• Tactical Field Support: Execute setup, teardown, and maintenance of UAV platforms and Ground Control Station (GCS) hardware during multi‑day field test campaigns.
• Pre‑Flight and Post‑Flight Operations: Conduct rigorous pre‑flight inspections, battery/fuel management, and post‑flight structural assessments to ensure safety and data integrity.
