ummary Seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to handle a broad range of IP matters, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, and IP litigation. Patent litigation is possible if the candidate holds patent credentials. No technical or scientific degree, or USPTO patent license, is required unless also prosecuting patents. Key Responsibilities
  • Register and enforce trademarks
  • Handle copyright disputes and infringement cases
  • Develop and enforce trade secret protection strategies
  • Draft and negotiate licensing agreements, including software licenses
  • Manage IP portfolios and advise on protection strategies
  • Litigate across all IP types, including patents if qualified
  • Register brand names and logos, pursue copyright infringement cases, and enforce trade secrets
