The Department of Critical Care Medicine seeks Canadian CCM-trained intensivists for Nanaimo. You will manage complex cardiology patients and provide comprehensive coverage to ICU and HAU units. This role also includes outreach support to community sites and participation in educational and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-house coverage for ICU and HAU units
• Provide remote support to community and rural healthcare
• Engage in educational activities with medical trainees
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain a cross-service appointment in your specialty

Requirements:
• Canadian CCM subspecialty training or equivalent
