We’re working with a well-established Public Sector organisation in Sussex that is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team on an initial interim contract.
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters, supporting managers with casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability, and organisational change. You’ll play a key role in ensuring best practice, managing risk, and delivering a high-quality HR advisory service.
