Finatal is supporting a PE-backed healthcare services business preparing for a mid-market sell-side process.

The company is a market leader operating across the UK and Europe with an integrated, service-led model combining clinical delivery, manufacturing, and product distribution.

The exit process has recently been mobilised, with commercial and financial diligence launching imminently and a post-summer GTM planned.

To support delivery, they are seeking an Interim Exit Support Consultant to drive structure, coordination, and execution across the transaction.

The Role:

This is a hands-on PMO leadership role, focused on managing the end-to-end exit process, rather than a purely financial position.
