An established and customer-focused housing organisation is seeking a Property Maintenance Surveyor to join its Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a residential property portfolio in Essex.

Your new role

Reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager, you will act as the vital link between residents and external contractors, ensuring repairs are identified, specified andpleted to a high standard. You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, assessing repair requirements, managing contractor performance and ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional service at all times. You will be involved in a broad range of maintenance duties which will include reactive and planned maintenance tasks to include void programmes and damp and mould inspections.
