We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation.
The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.
Key areas of focus are likely to include:
- EU Pay Transparency readiness and compliance
- End-to-end annual compensation and incentive review cycles
- Pay equity, reward analytics, and workforce insights
- Reward governance, process optimisation, and controls
