This is a hands-on, high-impact interim opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a visible, business-facing role during a period of organisational change.

Supporting our UK portfolio, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver a structured, compliant and people-focused approach to change, while continuing to strengthen how we manage employee relations across the business.

You’ll be joining at a point where pace, judgement and credibility really matter. There’s a clear programme of activity in place, but success in this role will come down to how you build relationships, bring clarity to complexity and create consistency in how people decisions are made.
