Duties & Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination - Coordinate interior fit-out or renovation projects from start to completion
- Monitor project timeline and work progress
- Arrange site schedules and meetings
- Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure materials are delivered on time
2. Site Supervision - Visit project sites to monitor renovation or installation works
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Check workmanship quality and report defects
- Coordinate rectification works if needed
