What You'll Do
Develop and coordinate interior architectural designs from Concept through Construction Administration phases.
Create space planning solutions, test fits, and design layouts for workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and data center projects.
Lead the preparation of construction documents, technical details, shop drawing reviews, and material coordination.
Conduct constructability reviews and resolve design coordination issues across disciplines.
Coordinate closely with Architects, Design Managers, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Construction Teams.
Develop detailed interior assemblies including partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors, and hardware.
