The Workplace Design team works alongside Space Process & Experience within Workplace Design Solutions. The team establishes and evolves Workplace Design Standards aligned with ByteDance’s culture and brand, while responding to regional needs. It is responsible for the creation and coordination of technical drawing standards, defines how we use our spaces, and brings together quantitative and qualitative insights to create purposeful, logical environments that reflect our culture and ways of working. As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience, enabling you to gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment.
