Job Duties:
You will carry out your duties in consultation with the Director of Finance & Accounting on all matters.
Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and managing reporting packages.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and other month-end adjustments.
Help manage the month and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Support the Director of Finance & Accounting with the maintenance of general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
Support analysis of financial results and assist with variance explanations.
Coordinate and assist with annual audits, including preparation of financial working papers, schedules, and supporting documentations for external auditors.
