We are seeking an Intermediate Architect who will play a key role in supporting design, production, and expanding project leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities

+ Develop design concepts and create client presentation materials.

+ Produce and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and construction documents.

+ Lead various project segments through the design and documentation phases.

+ Coordinate efforts with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

+ Participate in client meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

+ Support and gradually assume project management responsibilities.
