This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated estimator looking to build a long-term career with a reputable company delivering a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential building projects. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3-6 years' experience as an Estimator within the building construction industry. Proven experience pricing building tenders from first principles. CCS (Candy Construction Software) experience is essential. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and rates. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
