As a key member of the Soils and Materials team, you will collaborate with Project Engineers and Managers to perform construction observations and conduct quality assurance/testing. Your responsibilities will also include field and lab testing of materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-site concrete tests: casting, slump, air content
• Conduct in-place density testing with a nuclear densometer
• Carry out asphalt and concrete coring procedures
• Collect soil and asphalt samples directly on-site
• Perform in-lab tests: concrete cylinder, grain-size, Proctor
