Intermediate Project Manager

Position Status: Full Time Permanent

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hours: 40 hours per week; hours can be flexible to meet the needs of the project. This full‑time permanent role reports directly to the Director of Project Services – Toronto Services.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team to complete Life Cycle Project Management of projects ranging from $1M – $20M.
• Gather Project Requirements: based on requests and information that has been provided by the customer.
• Establish Design Specifications: establish conceptual design parameters; participate and coordinate meetings with the customer and equipment vendors to outline solutions and finalize the complete design.
• Clarify Project Deliverables: solidify the outcome of the project – what equipment will be in place; what technical requirements need to be met, etc.
