• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases using Playwright , Robot Framework , and Selenium
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for continuous improvement
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
• Support user acceptance testing and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA team
