Personalize and build apps with configurable components to increase productivity and effectiveness for internal/external business units.
Collaborate with business partners, leadership and end users to increase responsiveness to business and customers, and continually update Salesforce applications.
Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce application functionalities to document business & functional requirements, including use cases and user stories.
Perform administrative functions including, field creation, reports and dashboards, processes and flows, and other configuration/declarative tasks.
Create test plans for new application builds and updates.
Understand and begin assessing the impact new requirements have on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
Support end users with issues relating to Salesforce.
