The role works within the IT Software Asset Management (SAM) team and supports the management, analysis, and maintenance of software inventory across the organization. The role contributes to software license compliance activities by assisting with data analysis, reporting, inventory accuracy, and the ongoing maintenance of SAM-related information. It provides operational support and advice on the management of software assets, including in‑house, external, SaaS, and cloud‑based solutions. The role works closely with the Software License Procurement team, business service owners, IT teams, and relevant stakeholders to support effective software asset tracking, reporting, and compliance management.
