Role & Location : Intermediate/Experienced Asphalt Laboratory Technician, Whitby, Ontario.

Overview : Play a key role in delivering high-quality transportation infrastructure across Ontario. This role requires advanced technical expertise in asphalt material testing and quality assurance, supporting complex infrastructure projects that strengthen communities. You will take ownership of testing programs, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Impact

• Lead and conduct advanced asphalt laboratory testing in accordance with MTO, ASTM, and AASHTO standards.
• Interpret and validate test results to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot material performance issues and recommend corrective actions to project teams.
