A Day in the Life of an Application Group Intern
New Product Development (NPD)
- Support on recipe development in line with approved project briefs
- Coordination and execution during industrial trials, process validation, and related documentation
- Support in documentations and activities for completion of technical acceptance approval requirements
- Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
- Support shelf‑life studies, HACCP, QMS activities, and key sensory attributes development
- Assist with SAP‑related activities, including material creation, material specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with suppliers and Procurement in raw materials development
