Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Work with interior Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines 
Compile and create technical benchmark for Student Accommodation projects 
Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects 
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and Middle East 
 Qualifications  Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent 
Strong flair for designs and aesthetics 
Analytical & detailed individual with strong written and verbal communications skills 
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up 
Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months
