Art & Play Therapy Intern Job Description (JD)
Reports To: Programme Manager, Kisii & Nyamira Counties
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension based on performance
Taraji Learning Hub (TLH) prioritizes addressing the growing burden of unmet mental health needs for individuals exposed to violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation, disability & social exclusion, and community-level trauma. TLH integrates art and play therapy to support emotional healing, resilience building and social re-integration.
Therefore, the Art & Play Therapy Intern will support the delivery of creative, therapeutic, and psychosocial interventions aimed at promoting emotional wellbeing, self-expression, coping skills, resilience, and positive social interaction among individuals and groups.
