Responsibilities - Analyse Giving.sg data (campaigns, donations, volunteer opportunities) to generate insights
- Support development of CRM dashboards (Excel / Power BI where applicable)
- Assist in planning and execution of events (logistics, coordination, stakeholder support)
- Support preparation of reports, decks and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Provide operational support for CRM initiatives and cross-team projects
- Assist Account Managers with data preparation and engagement tracking
