Reporting to: Dean of Academic Organization and Registrar

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and Academic Organization, the incumbent will be responsible for analysing, developing, coordinating, and overseeing systems, methods, and procedures related to administrative organization and operations, with a view to ensuring the efficient use of the college’s resources.

What you'll conquer every day

• Supports department and program coordinators in using dashboards and other developed tools.
• Makes the necessary projections of student numbers and course enrolments to determine the teaching load.
• Participates in calculations related to faculty workload and allocation.
