Job Description

To support strategic manufacturing initiatives, the Assembly Engineering department requires an entry‑level engineer to be onboarded in Q1'26. This role is aligned with critical projects (qualification of HDLF at AMLD013) that directly impact quality, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project‑specific initiatives such as mold equipment migration, process optimization, and automation implementation.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Assist in equipment qualification, tooling characterization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
