About the Role

GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions, a division of GF, seeks a Global Sales & Operations Planning Intern to support industry‑leading sustainability and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle, updating and validating data sources with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Prepare and update Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel aligned with defined S&OP timelines.
• Analyze and consolidate planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the S&OP process.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional S&OP meetings.
• Create and maintain process documentation for Global S&OP processes for internal training and vendor implementation (PowerPoint and BPMN).
• Support Global S&OP projects with administrative coordination, follow‑up on action items, and documentation of decisions.
