You will be trained in welcoming and ushering guests to their specific tables.
Learn to present menu and provide detailed information while being sensitive when asked (e.g., food portions, potential food allergies or ingredients).
Inform guests about the day’s specials, offer personalised recommendation through friendly engagement talks.
To provide food and beverage orders and manage reservations accurately.
Be exposed and have opportunity to through job rotational in all positions of the restaurants to have a better understanding of each position.
Acquire knowledge in the opening and closing procedures of the assigned restaurant.
Participate in cross-training duties across other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
