Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events
• Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding purposes on social media (e.g Facebook, LinkedIn) relating to campus events or recruitment
• Propose & execute “Wevideo” video shooting and editing for business functions
• Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters
• Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews
• Filing new hire documents into P file
• Handle ad hoc tasks or projectsassign by Talent Acquisition team
• Mandarin literate to have proof reading on Mandarin articles
