Job :
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will actively participate in the implementation of the sales strategy and the improvement of the IKEA customer experience.
Your main tasks will be:
Assist customers with their purchases and highlight IKEA products. Contribute to the presentation and restocking of sales areas. Participate in monitoring commercial performance and sales analysis. Collaborate with other departments (logistics, communication, customer relations) to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
