**Preferred Education:**
Bachelor or above , major in 工业工程、自动化、计算机、软件工程、管理科学与工程、运筹学或相关理工科专业
**Preferred Experience:**
+ **IE专业基础** ：熟悉IE基础理论与方法（如精益生产、价值流分析、PDCA问题解决、工时测定、布局规划等）；
+ **数据分析与仿真** ：熟练掌握至少一种数据分析/仿真工具（如Excel高级功能、SQL、FlexSim、Minitab、Power BI等），能独立完成数据建模与可视化分析；
+ **编程开发能力** ：具备编程基础，熟悉至少一门开发语言（Python / JavaScript / C#等）
**Preferred Skills:**
+ **沟通协作** ：沟通表达能力良好，能跨部门协作推进项目；
+ **职业素养** ：责任心强，具备主动学习意识和抗压能力；
+ **逻辑思维** ：具备良好的逻辑分析与问题解决能力；
+ **经验加分** ：
+ 熟悉精益生产理念，有制造业/供应链相关实习或项目经验；
+ 具备数字化落地能力，有MES系统开发、数据分析等相关项目经验者优先。
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
