• Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
• Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.
• Assist in real estate market research.

• A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Basic understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good (minimum 2nd upper/Distinction) GPA/CAP.
• Preferably background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Real Estate, but open to other disciplines or career change.
