Position Overview
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Assist buyers with transactional purchasing activities and day-to-day procurement tasks
+ Create and update purchase orders under guidance, ensuring accuracy and completeness
+ Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and basic issue resolution
+ Track order status and share updates with stakeholders
+ Maintain procurement-related data and documentation in systems and spreadsheets
+ Support in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and supplier communication
