Intern will be supporting the administrative role for both Payroll and L&D.

Accountabilities : 

1. Payroll & HR administrative
-Daily checking and fixing the error in attendance system
-Key in employee personal information in system
-Filing all related documents to employee personal file
-Monthly statistic data
-Preparing the hiring documents required in both hard & soft copy
-Complete the hiring process (induction, filing and provide employees ID card)

2. Learning & Development
-Key in data into system (TDMS & HRD)
-Filing related training documents
-Managing admin task for training related
