About The Role

The People Services Intern will support the HR Operations team in delivering efficient and high-quality employee services throughout the employee lifecycle. The role provides hands‑on exposure to HR administration, employee data management, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Leveraging HRIS platforms and data analytics, you will analyze metrics to support operational activities and help drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Deliver

• Support superior in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
