• You’ll work with the team to gather info on current processes and how things are done.
• Write clear and to-the-point SOPs and process docs that make things run smoothly and efficiently.
• Review and update existing docs to ensure they’re accurate, clear, and consistent.
• Help the team organize and keep docs updated in a central repository.
